INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE:

Friday, April 2

16:00 to 20:30 – Bib collection at Plaza Julia Verdera - Ibiza (Figueretas Promenade)

Saturday, April 3

• 10:00 to 15:00 – Bib collection at Plaza Julia Verdera - Ibiza (Figueretas Promenade) • 18:00 – Ibiza Half Marathon start from San José (Wave 1 - 18:00) (Wave 2 - 18:04) (Wave 3 - 18:08)
• 19:00 – First athlete arrives at the finish line on the Figueretas Promenade - Ibiza.
• 20:00 – Awards ceremony for the top 3 overall male and female athletes at Plaza Julia Verdera
• 20:50 – Last athlete arrives at the finish line.
• 20:50 – Trophy ceremony for the remaining categories on the stage at Plaza Julia Verdera

- At the registration area, participants will receive their bib and welcome pack, including a T-shirt, cloakroom ticket, and bus ticket (if purchased).
- After finishing and receiving the Finisher medal, it can be engraved with the participant’s name and finishing time free of charge as a courtesy of the organization.

RACE
18:00 – Start in the municipality of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, Es Cubells Road EI-703
19:00 – First athlete arrives at the finish line on the Figueretas Promenade - Ibiza
20:50 – Last athlete arrives at the finish line

BUS TRANSPORT
• The purchased bus ticket will be given to the athlete together with the bib at the registration desk in Plaza Julia Verdera (only those who purchased it during registration will have access to bus transport).
• Buses will depart punctually from 16:00 to 17:00 from a designated departure point in Ibiza town.
• To board the bus, it is necessary to present both the ticket and the bib (service is one-way and only for participating athletes).
• It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before departure at the meeting point.

CLOAKROOM:
A cloakroom area will be available at the start area in San José and will be transported to the finish area in Ibiza, where it can be collected.
The organization will provide a numbered adhesive strip along with the bib to attach to the bag.
The bib number and cloakroom ticket must match.
Opening hours of the cloakroom at the start area in San José: from 16:30 to 17:45.
Closing time for cloakroom collection at the post-finish area in Ibiza: 21:15.
It is mandatory to present your bib number to collect your cloakroom bag.

IMM 2027 REGULATIONS



ART 1 – ORGANIZATION
The athletic event called Ibiza Half Marathon is organized by the Ibiza Half Triathlon Sports Association and is sponsored by the Consell de Ibiza, Ibiza Town Hall, and San José Town Hall.

ART 2 – COMPETITION
2.1 The race will be run over a distance of 21.097 km, supervised by the Balearic Athletics Federation and governed by its competition rules.

2.2 The start time will be at 18:00 on Saturday, April 3, 2027, in the municipality of San José, and the finish line will be located on the Figueretas Promenade next to the beach (Ibiza).

2.3 There will be 3 separate starts in 3 starting waves, according to the times declared by athletes during registration.

1st) 1h to 1h 45’ ....... Start at 18:00
2nd) 1h 45’ to 2h ....... Start at 18:04
3rd) 2h to 2h 30’ ...... Start at 18:08

2.4 The maximum time to complete the race is 2h 40’, with the finish line closing at 20:50 on the Figueretas Promenade in Ibiza.
There will be a cut-off point at Km 13.2 at the airport road crossing. Athletes must pass this point before 19:50, otherwise their bib-chip will be removed and they will be disqualified and transported to the finish line by organization vehicles.

2.5 Refreshment stations will be located at kilometers 6, 11, and 16, as well as at the finish area.

2.6 The race route will be marked with directional signs and arrows, and each kilometer will be indicated with signage.

2.7 Participation is open to anyone regardless of gender or nationality, whether federated or not, provided they were born before 2009.

2.8 Registration fees are as follows:

• €25 from May 8 to May 15, 2026 (Promotional)
• €30 from May 16 to July 31, 2026
• €35 from August 1 to September 30, 2026
• €40 from October 1 to December 31, 2026
• €45 from January 1 to January 31, 2027
• €50 from February 1 until registration closes (limited to 5,000 entries)

2.9 Bib numbers provided by the organization must be worn visibly on the front and are mandatory throughout the race.

2.10 The use of the chip attached to the bib is mandatory for timekeeping.

2.11 Any complaints must be submitted in writing to the head judge within 30 minutes after provisional results are published, along with a €100 deposit.

ART 3 – CATEGORIES, TROPHIES AND PRIZES
3.1 The categories are as follows:

• Overall

• Under-20 (Born 2008–2009)
• Under-23 (Born 2005–2007)
• Senior (Up to 34 years old)
• Master "A" M35 (35–39 years old)
• Master "B" M40 (40–44 years old)
• Master "C" M45 (45–49 years old)
• Master "D" M50 (50–54 years old)
• Master "E" M55 (55–59 years old)
• Master "F" M60 (60–64 years old)
• Master "G" M65 (65 years and over)
• 1st Local

3.1.2 Female:
• Overall

• Under-20 (Born 2008–2009)
• Under-23 (Born 2005–2007)
• Senior (Up to 34 years old)
• Master "A" F35 (35–39 years old)
• Master "B" F40 (40–44 years old)
• Master "C" F45 (45–49 years old)
• Master "D" F50 (50–54 years old)
• Master "E" F55 (55–59 years old)
• Master "F" F60 (60 years and over)
• Master "G" F65 (65 years and over)
• 1st Local

3.2 Trophies for the top 3 overall male and female finishers will be awarded at 20:00, and at 20:50 for the top 3 in the remaining categories. (Trophies are cumulative)

3.3 The following prize money is established for the overall Male and Female categories:

• 1st place Male/Female €500 - €500
• 2nd place Male/Female €300 - €300
• 3rd place Male/Female €200 - €200

REGISTRATION IMM 2026

 

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS IBIZA HALF MARATHON 2026

 

1.- Every athlete is considered registered for the event once the registration fee is fully paid and the ORGANIZATION verifies that all the necessary requirements to participate in the competition are met.

2.- An athlete is considered to be participating in the event once they collect the race number assigned to them, appear at the competition area, and take the start.

3.- Payment of the registration fee grants the participant the right to take part in the event.

4.- It is the exclusive responsibility of the organizer to arrange the services provided to participants, as well as to determine all issues related to the sporting competition.

5.- The amount of the registration fee will be determined by the organizer, who will duly publish the corresponding fees. The athlete has the right to be provided with a proof of payment for the registration at the time of completing the process.

6.- Once the registration fee has been paid, it will only be refunded to the participant if the event is canceled by the organizer, unless the situation is covered by the following section.

7.- The registration fee will not be refunded, either in full or partially, in the following cases:

(A) The event is canceled by the organizer or other federative or administrative entities due to unforeseen events, force majeure, or circumstances not attributable to the organization (such as weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, etc...)

(B) The event is modified in terms of its format, design, characteristics, distances, or circuits.

8.- In cases where the athlete, after registering, requests withdrawal and/or renounces participation in the event (regardless of the reasons or motives provided), the refund conditions – deadlines, amounts/percentages, etc. – will apply as specified in the "registrations" section of the event website published by the organizer. After the deadline for refunds, no amount paid during registration will be refunded to the athlete.

9.- Payment of the amounts corresponding to "refunds" will be made through the mechanism and deadline determined by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to charge the athlete for any banking fees incurred during the refund process of registration fees.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

1.- Applications for refunds will be accepted and processed according to the following criteria: 75% until January 31, 2026, 50% until February 28, 2026, and no refunds will be issued after March 1, 2026. Regarding refunds, see also point 7 and its sections A) and B) of these registration conditions.

 

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

 

1.- In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, your personal data, or that of your representative, will be processed by the organizer, A.D. IBIZA HALF TRIATHLON with N.I.F. G57876799, for the purpose of managing the registration for the event and any actions derived from it, and to send information related to the entity’s activities. You may exercise the following rights: the right to request access to personal data, the right to request its rectification or deletion, the right to request the limitation of its processing, the right to object to its processing, and the right to data portability. To do so, you should send a written request to the address C/ Tarragona N.º 3 07800 Ibiza, or to the email address info@ibizamediamaraton.com, attaching a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent document. You can request additional information about how your data is processed or, if applicable, the data of your representative at the email address mentioned above.

 

GENERAL RULES AND APPLICABLE PROVISIONS

 

1.- The athlete acknowledges the existence and content of, understands, and agrees to all the regulations, rules, and provisions that apply to the competition. It is the responsibility of the participant to inform themselves about the regulations, rules, provisions, instructions, and any other regulations that apply to the competition.

2.- The athlete commits to comply with all agreements adopted by the organization and its staff, by technical delegates, judges-referees, officials, and any sports authorities, as well as with the resolutions issued by them on matters within their competence.

3.- The athlete is obligated to ensure that they always adhere to the values of sport, maintaining appropriate behavior and preserving the good image of the organization and the competition.

4.- The athlete declares under oath and responsibly that they are not sanctioned or involved in any disciplinary procedure related to sport. Once registered, if a sanction is imposed by a federative body or any other administrative entity, the athlete must inform the RFEA, who may, in such cases, prevent the athlete from participating in the competition.

 

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

 

1.- The athlete exempts the ORGANIZATION and the other organizing and collaborating entities from any responsibility for physical injuries, material damages, or any other kind of harm that is not attributable to poor organization or operation.

2.- The ORGANIZATION will have control and surveillance measures in place to prevent theft of participants' personal or sports equipment during the competition. In any case, the athlete exempts the ORGANIZATION and the other organizing and collaborating entities from any responsibility for damages, deterioration, theft, etc., to their personal or sports equipment that they may bring and deposit before, during, or after the event in competition areas or designated areas such as lockers, storage, parking, etc.

3.- The ORGANIZATION is not responsible for any arrangements (travel, accommodation, etc.) made by the athlete in connection with their participation in the event. The athlete expressly waives any claims against the ORGANIZATION and the other collaborating entities for any expenses incurred regarding travel or accommodation in case the event is canceled.

 

IMAGE RIGHTS

 

1.- The athlete authorizes the ORGANIZATION to record and exploit, in any form, their participation in the competition through photographs, films, television, radio, video, and any other known or unknown media, including commercial and advertising use, without any right to financial compensation.

2.- The athlete acknowledges that the audiovisual rights of the competition belong to the ORGANIZATION or the entity it assigns them to. The ownership of such audiovisual rights includes the right to exploit them for economic benefit. The athlete will not claim any payment from the ORGANIZATION or rights holders for their appearance in any works or productions.

3.- The athlete may not use content or works that involve the use of audiovisual rights of the competition, even if the images or sounds were captured by the athlete or any third party. Images and sounds captured for domestic use are excluded. Content captured for the purpose of web, blog, or social media publication will not be considered domestic use.

 

HEALTH PROTECTION

 

1.- The athlete declares that they have no contraindications to compete or practice athletics, and responsibly informs the ORGANIZATION that they have undergone medical tests or examinations before the event to rule out any injury, illness, or health problem that would prevent or advise against their participation in the competition.

MINORS

2.- If the registered athlete is a minor, this form must be completed with the express authorization of the person or people who hold parental responsibility. If it is shared by several people, the person filling out this form must have obtained the express authorization and/or consent of the others who share parental responsibility for the minor registered for the competition.

 

GENERAL CLAUSES

 

1.- The terms and clauses contained in this online registration form are considered rights and obligations for the parties. The parties involved in this relationship are: the athlete registering for the competition and the ORGANIZATION and/or the entities the ORGANIZATION collaborates with to organize the event.

2.- These terms and conditions are considered a contract for the purposes of applicable legislation.

3.- The athlete filling out this form, waiving any other form they might be entitled to, agrees that any dispute, controversy, or claim related to registration or participation in the competition will be submitted to the courts of the location where the ORGANIZATION is based.
